Ultrafiltration system composition
Pretreatment system: usually includes quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, etc., used to remove large particle impurities, residual chlorine and odor in water.
Ultrafiltration membrane assembly: The core part of the device, consisting of a plurality of ultrafiltration membrane elements, through the principle of physical screening to trap impurities in the water.
Booster pump: provides sufficient pressure to the water flow to ensure that the water can pass smoothly through the ultrafiltration membrane.
Backwash system: It is used to clean the ultrafiltration membrane regularly to restore its filtration performance.
Control system: including PLC controller, touch screen, etc., used to monitor the operating status of the equipment, adjust the working parameters and realize automatic control.
